These olives were harvested October to November at Gallina's Farms in Sicily Italy. If you know Sicily, you know the flavors of food there is amazing. If you haven't got a chance to visit yet, this extra virgin oil will give you a taste of what your meals have been missing. We hope you get to go someday to Sicily because nothing can replace the freshly made meats, pasta, and cheese. They dedicate a whole afternoon to make a good lunch. In fact they will wish you a Buon Pranzo at lunchtime when you are there.
