Can I cancel my order? Yes, please email us. As long as we did not pack the order, we can cancel it & refund you.

Can I edit my order? Yes, please email us, we will be happy to change it for you on our end. 

We don't typically offer refunds on damaged products because we ensure when it leaves the warehouse, that it's packed correctly. However, there are some circumstances where we can issue a refund, so please contact us.
